Enovacom (Orange) acquires NEHS Digital and Xperis to strengthen its eHealth position

Enovacom, a software publisher for the medical sector and owned by Orange Business since 2018, announced this Tuesday, September 26, the acquisition of two companies, NEHS Digital and Xperis, subsidiaries of the Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers (MNH) group. The amount of the operation was not disclosed.

Double the workforce

This agreement creates a structure for the future development of our digital health business: it allows us both to double the Enovacom teams located throughout France and to expand our offer of business solutions.”, said Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, Executive Director of Orange Business. With the integration of these companies, Enovacom will welcome 600 new e-health professionals.

NEHS Digital and Xperis cover five areas of expertise: medical imaging, telemedicine, medical interpreting service organization, care production and coordination, as well as information systems security and interoperability. The first is a publisher, distributor of healthcare solutions and operator of services. The other specializes in health data interoperability. Together, they operate in 600 healthcare facilities, 900 medical-social structures and more than 800 radiology practices in France.

To become a major player in the field of e-health

This operation complements the solutions offered by the OB subsidiary, such as Enovacom Nomadeec, the telemedicine platform acquired in the acquisition of the start-up Exelus in May 2022. These operations pursue the same goal: to become a major player in France’s electronic health sector. More generally, health is one of the main axes of the Orange 2025 plan. In particular, the operator is one of the 4 founding members of Future4care, an accelerator dedicated to electronic health in the heart of the 13th arrondissement of Paris.
