My health space in medical-social structures

The My health space experiment in health and social facilities and services started on February 15 and will end in November 2024. It will give 56 ESSMS (Medical and Social Facilities and Services) the opportunity to experiment with My Health space within their facilities. These ESMS are distributed across the country and operate in the elderly, disabled and household sectors.

This experiment has several goals:

    • identify paths to deploy use cases in my health;
    • identify means and tools to be implemented to inform and raise awareness among users and/or their carers and professionals about the use of My health space;
    • to contribute to considerations about the delegation of carers.
