A new health facility has been opened in Saint-Sozy

At the end of March, Saint-Sozy inaugurated its Roger-Laval Health Center in the presence of many dignitaries from the department, the region, residents and numerous caregivers from neighboring communities.

It was Prefect Claire Raulin who had the honor of cutting the ribbon alongside Mayor Jean-Philippe Gavet, Huguette Tiegna Deputy for Lot, her deputy Chantal Lacassagne, Raphaël Daubet and Jean-Marc Vayssouze Senators from Lot, Vincent Labarthe Vice President Region Occitanie, Serge Rigal , president of the Lot department, Violaine Delpech-Fraysse and Régis Villepontoux, advisors of the department, Christophe Proenca, president of Cauvaldor and numerous elected officials from the canton.

Everyone could visit the very functional offices of the various health professionals present in Saint-Sozy: Myriam Panchout, Aurélie Chantut, Lucie Delvert-Andral, nurses; Claire Lorin’s speech therapist; Lucie Marion psychomotor therapist; Laura Jamme Physiotherapist; Maryse Vercoutère Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture; Jonathan Bouchoucha osteopath and soon Marie Courbrant psychotherapist.
This treatment space was created in the pleasant environment of an old school, restored and transformed thanks to the fighting spirit of the local council, which felt the real necessity of such a project and called the architect Yves Mazet.
